2019公告牌音乐奖颁奖礼于北京时间5月2日上午举行。德雷克获得最佳艺人、最佳男歌手、最佳公告牌200专辑等奖项，A妹获得最佳女歌手、公告牌成就奖等，卡迪·b获得最佳说唱歌曲、最佳Hot100单曲，防弹少年团获得最佳团体、最佳社交艺人奖。霉霉献上开场表演，首演新单《ME!》，麦当娜、玛丽亚·凯莉等也献演，A妹远程连线巡演表演《7 Rings》。
